Sam grew up in the Mediterranean culture, which shows affection for family and friends with food. His culinary experience includes cooking in Greek, French and Italian restaurants in the Ann Arbor area for ten years and for the past twenty-one years he has owned and operated pizza restaurants in the Muskegon and White Lake area. Cooking became a family affair and passion. Our purpose of this diversified menu is to pass this passion on to you, our friends. As we would say: SAH-TEN! (To your health!)
